Wax Processing & Rendering
Demonstration Evening

After the honey harvest comes the wax! Join us for a practical demonstration on how to clean and render beeswax so it’s ready to reuse, whether that’s going back into the hive or being transformed into beautiful wax products.

We’ll cover several methods including the solar wax melter, double boiler, steamer, and slow cooker. See how each system works, what equipment is needed, and the pros and cons of different approaches.

If you’ve ever wondered what to do with sticky cappings and old comb, this session will help you turn hive waste into valuable, usable wax.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, our Monthly Meetings are the perfect place to connect with fellow beekeepers in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.

Enjoy the opportunity to meet, learn, and share experiences with others who share your passion for beekeeping.

We look forward to seeing you there.
