WAAS Winter Series 2025

Ambrosia (Morning) 


WAAS is offering the opportunity to enrol  in one of two workshop to learn about the art and science of making ambrosia.

Date: Saturday 16 August 2025 

Time: 9am - 12pm

What can I expect?

  • Hands-on, practical workshop 
  • Learn the basic principles of fermentation and how they can be applied to honey
  • Plus, ideas for ambrosia recipes
  • We will put down a brew
  • Bottle and take home a bottle of ambrosia

Venue: Swan Settlers Market : 124 Lennard St, Herne Hill – Function Room

Cost: $80

Light morning tea will be provided

This session will be capped to 24 participants, so please register and pay early if you would like to attend.
