Hive Inspection and Varroa Surveillance 

Bring a clean bee suit, boots and gloves to participate (or join us for a chat and afternoon tea) 

Have you heard?  The WA Bee Industry is being supported by the National Varroa Mite Transition to Management (T2M) Program with the introduction of Varroa Development Officers (VDO) to support and engage with beekeepers building resilience and awareness within Western Australia.   

Wayne Passmore will join us in his new Varroa Development Officer (VDO) role with DPIRD.  Presenting and providing practical skills to help improve Varroa monitoring and understanding the challenges of beekeeping with this pest. 

Bring a small plate of food to share
